Our new summer menu has launched
This June sees the launch of our new Summer menus along with new suppliers and new Provenance classics. Our menus are changed seasonally to showcase the best the season has to offer. For the summer, our new sharing platters are a must try. Provenance Ploughman’s, a classic all pubs must have on their menus or the Seafood platter with a modern twist. Both are perfect for al fresco dining with a glass of wine or a cold beer.
This summer we have also been on the look out for new suppliers and with the introduction of Soanes Poultry we have introduced a new Chicken & Yorkshire Chorizo Terrine with a Radish Salad & Fresh Onion Bread or why not try our twist on a curry with Bombay Mix, Saag Aloo and Caramelised Cauliflower.
With fish always being a main feature on the Black Bull menu, ‘Whole Chargrilled Sea Bass’ is light and perfect for summer with herb roasted baby potatoes.
